As part of its online fitness Moving It! series, AARP Missouri is offering yoga classes with Tyler. A gentle yoga practice can help older adults strengthen bones, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. In addition to physical benefits, yoga can also reduce stress and improve sleep.

The Active Minds Book Club meets every Tuesday morning for a 30 minute walk from the library to Francis Park, while listening to audiobooks. At the end of the walk, participants gather for an informal book show-and-tell to share what each person is enjoying about the book they’re listening to.
In the case of bad weather, the club will still meet for show and tell in the large quiet room on the second floor of Buder Library at 10:00 am.

The Riverboats at the Gateway Arch are hosting the second annual Rock the Dock floating concert series, a celebration of STL’s live music scene! Take part in a jack-o-lantern walk and pumpkin carving contest featuring 100 pumpkins carved by residents that will illuminate the outside of the museum and one mile of the paved Centennial Trail. Pre-registration is required.
